Summer Supper Club with Rachel De Thample

We are really excited to host a new chef at the Stores in July, bringing you a delicious and super seasonal menu.

Rachel De Thample is an award-winning author who has worked in food, health and sustainability for more than 20 years. She teaches fermentation and seasonal nutrition courses at River Cottage in Devon, as well as Petersham Nurseries and the Plant Academy in London.

She’s written six books including Tonics & Teas and the River Cottage Fermentation Handbook, which won a Guild of Food Writer’s Award and Winter Wellness a finalist for best cookbook and her latest book the River Cottage Bees & Honey Handbook.

Rachel will be cooking up a menu to celebrate recipes from her new book, as well as feature fabulous ferments and a beautiful array of local summer produce
